Haiku for Posterity!

Four years ago, the USA Today online edition was running a daily Haiku contest and my little haiku, “Pink” was the winner for Feb. 26, 2004. Yippee!I was entered to win the weekly prize, of a book, but I didn’t. Anyhow, this is “Pink”:
girly whirly dots
cotton candy poodle skirt
pink like puppy tongues
