OH, I wish I was here:
 
This is the Bosque Del Apache Wildlife Reserve about 125 miles S. of Albuquerque. Lots of migratory birds- ducks, geese,  and most specially, cranes spend their winters here. Finished “Bones to Pick” by Carolyn Haines  Amusing if you can apply that word to murder mysteries. The ongoing adventures of private detective Sarah Booth Delaney, her hound dog Sweetie Pie, a ghost named Jitty and misc. other fun Southern characters.
Also- a fast 12 hour read for “Sandcastles” by Luanne Rice  She’s a good romance author. [...]
